January 21, 2016 in Geneva, Switzerland, Nigeria’s ex-President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan will be honored by the Diplomatic Circles making him the first African President to receive such honor from the eminent group.

Jonathan democratic credentials and “upholding human rights in Africa” has been stated as the reason behind the recognition from the Circle.

He is also expected to deliver the key note address at the event which is the groups annual dinner. The Diplomatic Circle is a group of diplomats from across the globe.
