Oil prices to recover before year-end, says Al-Mazrouei

UAE’s Energy Minister Suhail Al-Mazrouei said Tuesday he expects oil prices to recover during the second half of 2016
"I am personally convinced that before the end of 2016 we're going to see a correction. The market fundamentals tell us this," Mazrouei told an energy forum in Abu Dhabi.
 The minister added that oil producers were hurt by the drop in oil prices, amid signals of a remarkable decrease in investments.
There is a huge increase in supply from countries outside the OPEC, said the minister, adding that all should join hands to solve the oil crisis.
